Cake Nisrine

Cake Nisrine – Chocolate nut cake, perfect for Vegans! (No eggs, no milk, no butter)
Dry Ingredients:
– 2 cups of whole wheat flour
– 2 tsp of Baking Powder
– 1 cup of flax seeds (or 6 tbsp of ground flax)
-1 cup of powdered cocoa
Other ingredients:
– 3/4 cup of maple syrup or the equivalent of Stevia sweetener.
-1 1/3 cups of rice milk beverage.
-1/3 cup of vegetable oil
-1tbsp of liquid pure vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups of walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Reserve.
Beat slightly with a fork the liquid ingredients. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and stir slightly with a spoon. Incorporate the walnuts.
Grease and flour a cake mold. Pour the mixture into the mold and cook in the center of the oven 1 hour or until well firm.
Unmold and serve.
